Get to know Fran Gunnarsson
I was born and raised in Maryland and have been in the business of customer service and sales all my adult life. I started work as a young teenager next to my father and brother at our small, family owned country store in Baldwin, called Long Green Market.
After my father passed and we sold our family business, as a young mother I worked in direct sales doing in-home party demonstrations. It was a fun and enjoyable outlet for the mother of four small children. I reached the level of district manager before deciding other opportunities were knocking.
I was licensed in real estate in 1999 and soon felt I had ‘found my calling’. Real estate is exciting, fulfilling and ever changing; no two deals or clients are the same! It is extremely rewarding for me to assist people as they move from one life transition to another. I understand that moving can be very stressful and when my knowledge, understanding and expertise helps foresee a situation and I am able to avoid a problem, I have done my job.
To ensure my clients receive the best representation possible, in 2007 I obtained my Associate Brokers License, which is the single highest educational designation you can obtain in this industry.
In 2009 Keller Williams arrived on the real estate scene in Maryland and caught my attention. In November of that year I transferred my affiliation to Keller Williams American Premier Realty. The integrity of the associates, the education, technology level and the culture of the company is incredible and second to none.
I am an Accredited Home Stager, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
