I am a licensed real estate sales associate.  I work alongside some of the best and brightest in this industry at RE/MAX Superior Homes in Mountain Lakes, NJ.  I have been a resident of Morris County since 2006.  I have previously worked as a real estate agent assistant to the highest producing agent in the office I am now associated with. 

My specialty is in an area of real estate that has gone virtually unnoticed and I feel one which is underserved.  That area includes individuals with special needs and their families.  I myself have daughter that just happens to have Down syndrome.  So you could say that I have a vested interest in this area.  There is a broad range of special needs families not limited to Down syndrome who need help in identifying properties that are perfect or could be made perfect for them.  I will be working to help potential home buyers/renters find something that helps suit their “special needs”.  Along with helping with the identification of these properties I will also offer guidance to vendors, and programs that will help make the process as seamless as possible. 

I will show homes not only for what they are but for what they can be.  I will help you see the potential of your investment.  With the aid of retro-fitting existing stairs can become ramps, bathroom tubs that become wheelchair accessible, doorways that can be widened, open floor plans for ease of mobility.
