Get to Know Alan Krygowski
Being a Full Time Realtor for the past 18 years has given me an extensive amount of experience in Traditional Real Estate Brokerage. 6 years ago I/We started to focus on foreclosure and distressed properties. We currently research all properties going to foreclosure in the Cook and surrounding Counties. We have been involved in the purchase and subsequent sale of over 1600 properties in those 6 years.

We purchase properties at foreclosure auctions with the intent to resell them to investor/rehabbers. I/We diligently work with buyer/investor/rehabbers to get them into a project that will return them the profit they are looking for. We also work on procuring financing avenues to allow them to get into project. I/we conduct training and support seminars to expand buyer/investor/rehabbers knowledge to make them better at profiting from these opportunities
