Prior to Home Staging and Redesign Solutions, I was a Real Estate Advisor and Investor. I wrote The Psychology Behind a Loan Modification and was a designated 3rd Party Advocate with Bank of America. As an Investor I bought, redesigned and flipped numerous homes. I also worked with a group of investors; designing their homes to prepare for sale.
Over the years, I have bought, re-designed and flipped numerous homes. Color, functionality of a space and overal presentation of a home are key. I have a natuaral eye for design. Whether a homeowner needs to sell or just looking for a new look, I will create a space that offers the difference between "Um..." and "WOW"
