My main focus is putting buyers and sellers together for residential property of all kinds – detached single family homes, condos, townhomes, acreage… each type of property requires an understanding of the market conditions surrounding that property, and of the likely audience for the property type. Effectively representing my clients starts with educating them so that they have the information they need to make the best choices for their situation… I help sellers analyze the market data and position themselves competitively through a combination of pricing, staging, and marketing strategies to achieve their desired result. I prepare them up front for what to expect throughout the process, and what hurdles we may have to overcome, so that there are no surprises. For homeowners in financial distress, I walk them through the options they have to help alleviate that stress, and partner with a knowledgeable and reputable real estate attorney to assist with the short sale transactions for the best possible outcome. With buyer clients, my goal is to bring this knowledge of the ever-changing markets and industry complexity to help my buyer successfully and smoothly navigate their home purchase. From the beginning of the process, I educate them on the market trends, various types of sellers they will encounter, how to approach offers to yield the best outcomes, what each party’s responsibilities are to make sure the process goes smoothly, and what complications to anticipate so that they can expect the unexpected! My primary service area encompasses eastern Metro Atlanta, including Rockdale, Newton, Walton, Gwinnett, Henry, and Dekalb counties. In certain situations, my service area will extend a bit farther if I determine that I can provide top-notch service and expertise for the client’s needs.
