As Team Leader, Coach and Broker Associate with Realty One Group Elite my business is real estate, but my focus is people. I''m a Bay Area resident for over 50 years, and East County Resident resident and homeowner since 1991. I founded my own real estate company in 2007 to serve the needs of buyers and sellers in Contra Costa County and was excited to join Realty One Team Elite to improve the offerings to my clients and to share my experiences with a great team of Realtors while training and coaching newly licensed and returning agents.  
I have over 30 years of Business and Management experience, which I now use to serve my real estate clients well. My focus is on being available and responding quickly to clients'' requests as well as working with fellow Realtors to improve services to everyone we come in contact with. 
My senior corporate management experience for different manufacturers, combined with my service in local community groups and as an executive board Member for our MLS is a solid foundation for real estate service. I understand the importance of teamwork, skillful negotiation, people skills, and I work with integrity to make real estate transactions go smoothly for both buyers and sellers. I''m driven to helping wherever I can and in building long term relationships with my clients and fellow agents and brokers. Married for 33 years and a father and grandfather of two, I work to help families and others find real estate that satisfies.
