My name is Steven Durrance, I was born in Orlando Florida and moved to St. Cloud Florida in 1988. Before becoming a Real Estate Professional in 2005, I worked in the construction field for 4 years. This experience gave me a solid understanding of how homes are built and how to maintain and repair them.
