I will provide you with an Investment Analysis for any property that you might consider, which will show cash flow (before and after taxes), projections for the future growth of the investment, based on historical data, and all in a format that is easily understood and yet comprehensive. In the negotiation stage I will act solely on your behalf and in your interest to get you the best deal possible, so that your investment is already winning before the game has begun.
TEAM - As part of my services I offer, my TEAM comes with those services. It is, however, not a traditional real estate team with loads of realtors, but is made up of specialists in the areas that aren't my specialty i.e. real estate attorney, CPA/Tax Attorney, 1031 Exchange expert, mortgage professional, handyman, property managers, painters, electricians and so on.
The service won't stop after the sale. On an annual basis I will provide you with a market analysis on your property to allow you to see how it has appreciated over the year. Once again it is comprehensive and yet easily understood--looking at your property from many different angles with many different tools.
