Hi, My name is Stephanie Fischer.  I am a Realtor who works out of Yankton, South Dakota and the surrounding area.  I have lived, worked and played in the area that I live in for all of my life.  What I like most about selling Real Estate is meeting and helping people.  In this business, you never stop learning.  I think a positive attitude can get you a long way!  You always need to look at the bright side, so to speak.  I also have always been intrigued by all of the different styles and shapes of homes, so this is a lifelong dream for me.  Not many people can say they are living their dream, but I know that I am everyday.  People can be challenging at times, but you will find that whether you are a garbage man or a Realtor.  My husband and I live on a farm with our children.  About the only thing that irritates me is the gas prices and high cost of insurance.  Other than that I love singing and just being around family and friends.
