I currently live and work in Livingston with my husband and four children. I understand the excitement, anticipation and anxiety buying a home. My specialty includes helping sellers sell their home for the most money fast in this changing market and helping first time and experienced buyers look for the "perfect" home. I started my real estate business in the early 1990's so I know the ups and downs of the real estate market. My number one priority in real estate are my clients so I will not sit back and let the volatile market take control over my client's life. It is crucial to have all the tools and competitive edge to help sellers and buyers go through with their plans. As an Accredited Staging Professional Realtor (ASP), I help Sellers prepare (stage) their home for sale to attract and excite more buyers for more money and a quicker sale. I help buyers see through the clutter and recognize potential "diamond in the rough" homes. I also give the most accurate pricing using an advance CMA with constant communication so that the sellers will not be sitting on the market. I've been on top of the market by attending seminars, workshops and conventions so that I can provide sellers and buyers crucial information about the current market as well as the market trend. I especially love helping buyers find homes in Essex, Morris, Union and Bergen County.

This is our fourth house (first in NJ) so we know the importance of a good agent! We looked at all the agent profiles on Zillow and Fanny's just stuck out. We liked the fact that she is local, has so many years of experience, and has kids still in school. We hired her based on a gut feeling and it was a great decision. Fanny is patient, resolute, and smart. Her local knowledge also made all the difference and she removed a lot of stress, head aches, and unknowns from the equation. We just closed a couple weeks ago on a $1 million property and Fanny was involved in EVERY aspect of our home buying process. She communicated tirelessly with us, agents, attorneys, bankers, inspectors, etc. (even when she was on vacation).

We know Fanny through another couple in our church not long after we came to this country. When they recommended her to me, they described her as "the best realtor we have met" and after we work with her we understand why she could get such high comments. The first thing she impressed us deeply is her high standard of professionalism. She is always responsive whenever we have a question, quick, accurate with appropriate understanding of our needs. Since we are a new immigrant family we basically know nothing about the local area but her responsiveness, her knowledge about the local community and the most important her attitude of willing to help make us very much relaxed during the whole process. Her patience and considerateness also makes her very different from other realtor we met. She is willing to think about things from our customer perspective instead of just focus on closing a deal, which makes her highly reliable. Our budget is not high and frankly speaking it may not be a great deal from a commission perspective for a realtor but she still works very hard with us and always try to help us find the one we want. In the time when we tried to find a house I was still pregnant which makes the process a bit tougher to me. Every time when there are potential houses to look at within our budget range Fanny made very good arrangement and drove her car taking us around, which saved us lot's of time of energy. Our 6 year old daughter likes her as well. Finally we are able to find a house suitable to us and get the process closed within three months. I think without her help we won't be able to do that. Now when I am sitting in our new home in this new country, writing comments on her I feel very grateful about everything we experienced together with her

Fanny was our realtor for the sale of our home in Parsippany and the purchase of our new home in Livingston. She far exceeded our expectations on both transactions. Fanny was never pushy and always went the extra mile in helping us. I would highly recommend or work with her again in the future because of her integrity, work ethic, experience and skill. To be specific: -We listed our house at her suggested price, received multiple offers and closed above ask...all while being on the market for only a week -Personally staged our home, pics came out great -Took us house hunting all the way out in Somerset county ~50min (we were in Morris) on multiple occasions, no questions asked -She spent the time and personally helped us organize/pack -She spent the time to help us get rid of junk/garbage the previous seller left behind during our final walk thru -Very responsive, we never had to wait to hear back from her In an industry where many realtors don't seem to have your best interests in mind we were truly blessed to work with Fanny.

When I first met with Fanny I was immediately impressed. Her knowledge of the market and strategies were spot on! My house was sold within the first week! She worked tirelessly with me to stage my house and even loaned me some furniture pieces to help accentuate certain areas. Fanny is at the top of the list. Fanny was fantastic! She helped us decide on the touches that would make our house "show" well, including painting, new carpets..she helped us find the contractors, carpet company, helped us choose the colors, and spent many hours "staging" the house so that it would show well. She negotiated with us an appropriate asking price, and predicted that we would have many bidders and a "bidding war." We had 10 offers the same day as the first open house and a total of 13 offers within 48 hours of the open house. We did end up in a bidding war, and our final price was 110% higher than our asking price (($90,000 higher) She even helped us find contractor to meet our township fire safety inspection. I cannot imagine finding a realtor who could have done better for us than Fanny

Fanny helped my family sell the home we were living in for nearly 30 years. Because we had been living there for so long, we had some trepidation, but Fanny walked us through all our options and helped us make sure we were making the right decisions. I really appreciated how thoughtful and considerate she was through the whole process: from our initial consultation until closing, and even after. Our home needed some fixing up before we put it on the market, which was daunting because my family didn't have a lot of time or money and didn't want to get ripped off. But Fanny was able to connect us to some friendly and affordable contractors in the area. I really appreciated Fanny's doggedness and communication. There were times in the process where things started to lag, but Fanny made sure that these obstacles didn't become a bottleneck. We love Fanny! She went above and beyond for us. We did not buy a really expensive house, but Fanny did so much work for us and never ever complained or grumbled - looking up house specs for over 20 houses, setting up house viewings that fit our difficult schedule of weekends and evenings, and always maintaining a good relationship with sellers' agents. True story - even though our offer wasn't the highest, her professionalism and establishment of a good relationship with the owner (he didn't have an agent) was one of the reasons he accepted our offer! Once we were in contract, she actively participated in every step of the way until we received the keys to the house. Throughout the process, she shared with us her real estate knowledge and expertise. Her good council helped us make wise decisions throughout the process.
