Dan has been helping consumers with their real estate needs since 2001. He began his career as a REALTOR® with Prudential Patt White (a Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach Partner), and quickly established himself as an industry leader, winning numerous awards, including multiple Top Producer awards. He was previously Associate Broker/Sales Manager with Prudential Patt, White Fox and Roach and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for his local Association of REALTORS as well as Serving on the Standard Forms Comittee for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS. Dan has also trained Realtors in Code of Ethics and Fair Housing for the National Association of REALTORS "New Member Orientation" class and was formerly chair of their Grievance Committee.
After researching many different business models he realized the Assist-2-Sell model, "Full Service with $avings" would be the most attractive and beneficial to consumers. The real estate industry needs to be more consumer centric and Assist-2-Sell is leading the way, combining service with savings!

| Buying a home can be a difficult and stressful situation, not to mention costly. That's why choosing a solid real estate professional that can assist and make the process smooth is a must. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dan Falco! My husband and I had an unexpected move and had only lived in our home for less than a year. | We first met Dan falco when purchasing a new home. Dan represented the sellers, but was so helpful we decided to use Dan to sell our property. He came out on a Sunday and had our home listed online by Monday afternoon. We quickly accepted an offer. However the Buyers, who were using a government first time home buyer program, ran into an issue with financing due to the government shutdown. Dan was there every step of the way negotiating on our behalf and keeping everyone on track to work towards settlement. We actually negotiated a lease and the Buyers rented the home from us for 3 weeks, until they could close on the mortgage. Dan was very helpful, kept everyone informed and on track. His flat fee program saved us a lot of money while still providing top notch customer service. I have already recommended Dan to several friends and will continue to do so. |

| Dan Falco helped us navigate a complicated home purchase. He definitely did everything in his power to move the sale along including getting the Radon certification in a timely manner, getting all of the necessary documentation to the mortgage company very promptly, and staying in touch with the sellers' agent in order to get things done. When we hit a roadblock with our USDA loan, Dan was right there getting answers and helped us to "motivate" the loan processors to get our mortgage through. Also, we appreciate that Dan always answered his phone and got us looking at homes as soon as it was possible, even same day showings upon our request.
