Erica Wilson Vaughan started her real estate career in 2005, working as a broker member of a luxury and residential development team.  During her career, Erica has learned many diverse aspects of the real estate business, including land acquisition, development, marketing, and the level of customer service that her clients expect and deserve.  During the economic downturn, starting in 2008, Erica remained dedicated to the real estate profession, not only remaining a full time broker but adapting and thriving in the market.  Evaluating the changing market landscape, she also became a short-sale expert.  Continuing her real estate education on a yearly basis, Erica has earned many additional real estate designations.  She has also received the annual 5-Star Agent award on multiple occasions, an award that polls clients in order to recognize agents that deliver the highest levels of customer service.

Being licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Erica has worked closely with various developers, from luxury sales to estate lot sales in residential developments.  Being a native of the Charlotte area gives Erica a detailed understanding of not only the Lake Norman real estate market, but the greater Charlotte market as well.  Erica looks forward to serving you, the customer, with her expertise, sincerity, and passion for real estate.
