My name is Elizabeth Garza Walter, I am the wife of a wonderful man, the mom to a beautiful daughter and "Your Mortgage Advisor for Life". My priorities for life are to always put God first, Family next and then my business. I do this in order to keep balance in my life. I find that if I take my eyes off God or am not there for my family my business doesn't run smoothly.
I have been doing mortgages in Texas for 9yrs as a mortgage originator. I can help you with almost any loan program available (there are some loans that I am not able to do). I do focus on First Time Homebuyer, FHA, VA and Conventional loan products. I can also do Texas Cash Out Loans.

I am the President of Pflugerville Rotary, I am a member of National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce, Hutto Chamber of Commerce, North East Austin Vineyard.
I have been involved in selecting Seniors for scholarships, help distribute Child ID kits, raised money for Relay for Life, Walk for Diabetes, raised money for Cystic Fibrosis, donate blood, feed the homeless, pray for people, raise money for the local childrens hospital. I have also sponsored several Home Buyer Education Seminars, band booster mom just to name a few.
I have a servant's heart and look for opportunities to serve others.
