The business and art of real estate has changed dramatically in the years my team of agents and I have conducted business in Evanston and the surrounding area.  From loose leaf listing sheets, books and thermal paper print outs to color photos, virtual tours and the Internet; today's consumers have been empowered to educate themselves to a higher level than ever before.  We compliment this consumer obtained data by interpreting the information, sharing our extensive inventory knowledge and our understanding of the area's real estate market history.  The ability to amass reams of statistics and data does not necessarily equate to knowledge, and we realize knowledge is power for the consumer.  We endeavor to help our clients weed through this overwhelming amount of information and focus on what is important to them, their current situation as well as their needs and wants. 

To keep on top of our game, we take continuing education classes as well as optional Graduate Realtor Institute & Accredited Buyer Representative coursework and a multitude of tech classes.  Keeping current enables us to enhance our clients' buying and selling experience with a heightened level of personal service, supplemented with the convenience of today's technology.  The speed at which information is disseminated to our fellow realtors and the public is remarkable.  As a result, many of the agents have embraced smart phones that enable them to keep connected to their clients and co-workers while on the go.
