Get to Know Erica Hendrick
I am the proud owner of theHOMEsetting, LLC!  We opened our doors in August of 2007 and have been running ever since!  This has been a passion of mine for quite some time to be able to follow my heart by owning a company that can do more for others in my community.  Previously working as an Executive Assistant for 7 1/2 years, I have learned firsthand what it means to assist and take charge in any aspect of a job, pay attention to detail and keep things organized. Little did I know that this would be a large part of what I do today! In years prior to being an Executive Assistant I had also spent much of my time in college, taking courses in interior design, architecture, building codes, and construction amongst a long list of others.  I had tried out many different hats, from a personal assistant, furniture salesperson, and a travel agent, yet none of them seem to fit just right.    It took quite a few years and many other jobs before I found Barb Schwarz at stagedhomes.com.  This is when I realized that what would be my calling was not at a college or at an existing company but rather it would be through a training course to become an Accredited Staging Professional and open my own company.    

 We are here to make sure that when you decide to place your home on the market that you are aware that staging can increase the value of your HOME, and set the Stage for a quicker sale! As an ASP we are here to make it easier on you, and to make it easier for your potential buyer!  Staging your home to sell will give you the edge on the competition and get you moving!!
