There are so many Realtors to choose from, and you should not take this step lightly.  Your choice of whom to work with is directly related to your successful outcome in selling or buying a home.  My success in residential sales for over 10 years is based on superior knowledge, superior business experience and superior client service and support.  All I ask is for the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your goals. 

I have been a technology executive for over 25 years, having worked for IBM and AT&T Computer Systems in a progression of sales, marketing, management and executive positions.  In 1999 I decided to became licensed to sell real estate, and began my full-time practice in and around the Somerset Hills.  In my first year I closed over $6.7M in homes  and have received numerous company and NJ Assoc. of Realtors awards.  I have been awarded the NJ Assoc. of Realtors Circle of Excellence award at the Gold & Silver levels.  In 2003 he earned his Brokers License and continued in sales while also managing an office from 2006 to 2009.  As the market began to recover from the recent downturn, I decided to return to full-time sales....because that's where the money is! 

I am committed to providing my clients and prospective clients with the best, most timely support possible.  In order to accomplish this, I deploy the latest technology tools, and have a full-time marketing assistant - Michelle Cappuccino.  Michelle handles the inside marketing activities, including web marketing & promotion, brochures, advertising and scheduling.  She is a licensed NJ Realtor who also has her own clients.  Michelle supports me and the other members of the SOMERSET HILLS REALTY ADVISORS team, of which I am team leader.

My special expertise includes:

Helping homeowners who were previously listed but did not sell (expired listings).  There's always a reason, and more often than not, it was not the pricing.  I have a keen eye on what buyers look for and can help uncover the less than obvious issues that inhibited the sale.  I love a challenge, and enjoy working with cooperative sellers who really want to sell their homes without giving them away. Helping owners who are selling their own homes (For Sale By Owner). I have sold many homes working with the buyer and homeowner...without the home being listed.  It's part of being a total business-person and focusing on the buyers' goal.  For owners who are cooperating with Realtors, I have helped get their homes sold without being listed.  While that may not be the best strategy for most sellers, I respects these sellers and have no issues working with them.  As for sellers who will not cooperate with realtors...good luck.  Design-to-sell advice.  Most homes are staged for comfortable living, not to show to prospective buyers.  Let me show you how simple it can be (and usually low cost) to make your home "pop" both online and when visitors are viewing it.
