| My wife Barbara, and I have the pleasure of working with your organization and have been very impressed. You have a very appealing product at Palazzo of Naples. It is small but ideally located near shopping, medical facilities, major highways, the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and first class golf facilities. Security is a priority with an attractively designed wall, entrance fountain and electronically controlled gates. The entire property is maintained making it a no-hassle living experience for the property owner as a result of a well managed small monthly fee. We have been especially impressed with the office staff at the model home. Emily seems to be on top of every situation and a virtual fountain of information. She and Tracy are always available to cheerfully address any concerns we have. Rita keeps us informed as to the status of our home’s pace of construction. Wendell Ford sees to the schedule and co-ordination of the construction progress and has a keen eye for ensuring quality work by the various contractors. All things considered, we have had a very pleasant experience and looking forward to be one of their first residents. |
