After 20 years in the US Army's Signal Corps, I settled in Carroll Valley, PA. Traveling around the country so much buying and selling homes made me realize that I should get into real estate. I enjoy coordinating among the different parties to make a transaction complete. I believe in providing efficient, thorough customer service whether you are a seller or a buyer.

My area of concentration is obviously Adams County, but the Fairfield Area School District in particular. It's pretty widespread and I concentrate more on Carroll Valley. I have assisted folks in long distance relocations since I'm not stranger to it myself. Also, I have a lot of land listings ranging from small lots to larger parcels of raw land.
I still maintain ties to the local military community.
I have worked for buyers in Franklin County, PA as well as sellers in Frederick County, MD.
Recently, I have been listing commercial and mixed use properties in the area as well.
