| We worked with LINDA RING from this office. No one could have worked harder for us. We had a VERY limited budget, and were looking at some complete tear-downs, getting very disappointed, and outbid on anything halfway decent. We were OK with a fixer-upper, and Linda seemed to 'get it' almost immediately. She tirelessly searched for a home that would meet our needs and budget. After months of looking and waiting, she got us into a place on the first day it was listed. There wasn't even a sign up on the place; ever. We came in with a bid which was right on our budget limit, and even though there were other higher bids, LINDA RING somehow managed to convince the sellers that our bid was BETTER even though the dollar amount was LOWER. And later she got it lowered again! She is an amazing salesperson, ultimately patient, with a keen understanding of the market as well as a great judge of people. Trust her, she won't do you wrong. If you want some petite princess in high heels that will prance around and tell you what you want to hear, find somebody else. Linda is the real deal and will always tell you the truth. |
