Ellen Hicks has been a licensed Real Estate agent in Florida since 1974. She sold residential homes in Miami for 9 years. In 1983, she moved to Tallahassee, and in 1991 she received her Brokers license. Ellen also holds a Brokers license in the state Arizona where she lived for three years,returning to Tallahassee in 2002. Ellen has maintained a consistent multi-million dollar production since the very beginning! Since joining Keller Williams in 2003, she  has joined the ALC, co-chairing the education committee, teaches classes on a monthly basis and is involved in the KW mentoring system. Ellen chose Keller Williams because their philosophy was the same as hers:

Honesty and integrity are the only policies for me! I have over 30 years of real estate sales, service, counseling, and investments under her belt! She works in all phases of the market, including individual residential homes, substantial homes, property development, new construction, vacant land and investment properties. She feels that ongoing education is very important in her business and she continues to educate herself by attending classes offered through Keller Williams University, Tallahassee Board of Realtors,  CRS designation in progress and has the new SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) designation.  

2006-March 2010 Ellen has been Director of Career Development and one of the three Brokers on hand to help the associates. She has taught Camp 4:4:3 (4 Listings, 4 Sales in 3 Months) Class to over 100 associates. She has also taught 36:12:3 (36 Transactions, 12 Months on 3 Hours a Day) Class to graduates of Camp 4:4:3. She attends every Keller Williams Family Reunions to bring back new and exciting classes and ideas to the Market Center in Tallahassee, Fl. The office is in a growing spert and new experienced agents are signing up for all of the classes. (See attached Calendar for all classes and events) She has successfuly hosted local day long events for all agents belonging to the Tallahassee Board of Realtors with Gene Rivers, of the River's Team and Master Trainer from Keller Williams University.
