David is the owner and the chief InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector of Elevated Home Inspections. His background as a corporate trainer and project manager for large commercial construction projects, combined with his service in the military, led him to utilize his skills in the home inspection industry. David enjoys working one-on-one with people and helping them make important decisions regarding their family’s future.
As a veteran, David takes pride in the values instilled in him in the military, and he brings honesty, integrity and knowledge to each home inspection. As a dedicated father and husband, David believes in treating his customers like family and their security and health remain his top priority. David approaches each home he’s inspecting with the utmost care and respect; he always wears protective shoe covers and leaves a “Thank You” note to show the family the difference in an elevated inspection experience.
When he’s not performing quality home inspections, David is passionate about spending time with his wife, Kristin, and three boys and enjoying Colorado’s rugged beauty. He loves camping, fishing, dirtbiking and exploring natural features like Rocky Mountain National Park with his family.
