I LOVE REAL ESTATE! This has got to be the best decision I've made in my life. I find that I love to help people with the challenges of finding a "dream" home or selling a house that the've made a home. I have a great marketing plan that includes items such as: free staging appointment the professional decorator, free installation of Home Security System (makes a great perk to the listing), TV advertising as well as TONS of exposure on the Internet. It's a fact that 85% of all would be homebuyers make the first place they look for homes is on the internet.
Why pick up some telephone book size magazine from your local grocery store to search through THOUSANDS of listings when you are only looking for a 4 bedroom/2 bath ranch style home with a garage? Many have found it easier to find a home listings site (www.lasseterandteam.com ) to enter this information and be only given the homes that they are REALLY interested in seeing. Make sense?
As for buyers, I love working with new buyers, especially first time homebuyers. Nothing is more rewarding than helping someone who feels totally helpless realize that they CAN buy a house, they just need the right steps in order to do so. I work just as hard for my buyers as I do my sellers. I always want to make sure that my buyers are making a good decision and getting the best BANG for their BUCK!
