Use this section to write about yourself - don't be shy - Why should a buyer or seller want to work with you? Do you have any certifications and qualifications? What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?

First of all, I'd like to say that I am a LOW-KEY realtor. That is to say that I do NOT believe in hounding or harassing my clients to rent or purchase a home.  If they are inclined to do so, they will.  My role as I see it, is to provide exemplary service to help them arrive at a realistic determination of what kind of a property interests them. I do NOT insist that my clients sign an agreement in order to work with me. If they want to, they will, if not they will go their own way.  I do NOT make any 'Hi,-how-are you...just-checking-in-to-see-if-you-need-anything' calls. If my clients need something, they know where to find me.

I do NOT send out pens, pencils, calendars, fliers, mugs, mousepads, notifications of 'JUST SOLD' homes in the neighborhood, or for that matter, any other advertising 'JUNK.' Instead, I rely on the reputation I've established for providing caring and compassionate service to others, who in turn are kind enough to refer their friends and colleagues to me.   After all....what comes around, goes around!

If you're looking to buy a foreclosure or a short sale, please hire someone else as your realtor!! I do NOT choose to bang my head on THAT wall--life is simply too short, and I value my sanity too much to deal with those stupid procedures.  I do NOT take on more clients than I can handle comfortably for the sake of additional commissions.  More than 5 at a time means that I am not adequately focusing on my clients needs and I am NOT able to represent them appropriately.

I DO, however,make a point of exhausting every possible avenue to find a client a home that is being sold privately. (i.e. one that is NOT owned by a bank and is NOT a foreclosure.)  I DO follow up religiously, providing listing information and suggestions on where to look next.  And, I DO insist on giving my clients 125% of my attention.  (Hence, my 5 client rule.)

I would enjoy hearing from you if you'd like a realtor who won't push you into a buying decision prematurely. I would also enjoy hearing from you if you would like to work with a realtor who really does care about her clients first, and her commission second!
