   I actively listen to what clients are looking for in a property and try to, as closely as possible, identify and match properties that would fit their needs and desires.  I strive to go above what my clients' expectations are for me as an agent.

   I also believe strongly in continuing my education for myself so I can better meet and serve my clients' needs.  That is why I have taken the time and spent the money to earn and maintain the following designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specilist), CNHS ( Certified New Home Specialist) and e-PRO (Internet Technology Specialist).  I am also a Broker Associate.

   Prior to becoming a realtor, I was in pharmaceutical sales for almost 20 years.  During the time I was in pharma sales I was with three diffferent companies and was consistently a top performer and won many awards.

   I am a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and have a BA in Public Relations.  I am married to Randy and we have three children and two yellow labs!
