I have been a resident of Southwest Florida for over 20 years. For the last 8 plus years i have been a Realtor. I am a Graduate of Real Estate Institute, GRI for short. I also am certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures, SFR for short.
i handle all types of Real Estate, from residential to vacant land to Commercial. I have just recently joined Keller Williams Realty, and it is most definitely the best move i could have made, not only for me as a Realtor, but my customers as well. KW is the third largest franchise in the country and growing fast. We have been rated by JD Powers as the best for the last three years as the best at representing Buyers.
i am a Graduate of the Realtor Instituete or GRI for short. I also hold the designation SFR- which means I am certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures. I work mostly in single family homes, and i do some commercial where i represent the buyer. I have an extensive network of professionals to help me with my clients, from home repairs to lawn care to inspoectors, ect. I am very invovled with the community so it keeps me up to date on what may affect my clients now and in the future.
