I have been licensed to sell residential real estate since 2001 and I have literally sold hundreds of homes during that time. In addition, I have worked to achieve several industry-specific designations to sharpen my skills & work in tandem with my "down in the trenches" work ethic.
I have earned my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), e-PRO, RCC (Residential Construction Certified), CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist) and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) professional designations.

Having also worked for several years in sales with new home builders, I bring a heightened awareness & knowledge regarding the construction process and how the purchase agreements that the Buyers sign with the builders can impact the process.

| I contacted Edith Schreiber because I was coming to Texas to do a scouting trip for a 2014 move. I asked Edith to meet with me and recommend, based on a list of requirements I provided her with, cities and neighborhoods to visit while I was there. I was very impressed with Edith, her office and her professionalism and I have decided to use her to purchase a home and a couple of rentals in 2014. I appreciated that she understood that I was out of state, would need some hand holding and that she was investing her time in a future transaction. We haven't started the purchase process yet, so I can't comment on process knowledge or negotiation skills, but based on the way she has handled me so far, I expect she will be my secret weapon in my purchases! | My wife and I were in the market for a new home and decided to look at bank owned properties. We did a lot of research on our own and one of the searches we did was with Zillow. The web site was awesome and a good resource. We found a list of properties, which included the property we ultimately purchased. Our agent, Edith Schreiber, was outstanding. Edith assisted us through the process, which included several offers and counter offers. Edith and her group were a fantastic resource and in the end helped us with our purchase. | My wife and I were wanting to buy our first home. We found one that was worth looking at, and called the agent on the sign out front. Edith Schreiber answered and started talking to us about what we were looking for, time frame, budget, etc. All of this was about 8pm at night! We expected to just leave a message and receive a return call in a day or so. Starting then, Edith forged a relationship with my wife and I over the next 5 months, which culminated in showing, and the eventual purchase of our first home! She was beyond extraordinary, with an uncanny ability to follow up and even anticipate questions we may have. She truly made the home buying process a great one, and as long as she is still licensed in TX, we won't buy without her on our side of the closing table. |

| My wife and I worked with Edith Schreiber to find our home. She was very patient and found many likely candidates for what we might like. When we did find one we liked I was going through my bank for the loan process and she worked with my guy for months and was very patient. My loan guy delayed things for about 2 months or so and kept costing my wife and I extra money in fees and redundant inspections but Edith stuck in there and was patient with him while educating us on how it should go. I finally gave up on him and let Edith's team run with all my stuff to purchase the house and we had it turned around in no time and they bent over backward to get our deal the way we liked it. My wife and I were very pleased and after what we put ourselves through, the Kerby team was super terrific and very patient, never once got put out with my wife and I when they had to pick up the pieces from my previous loan guy, but genuinely friendly. |

| I worked with Edith for a month. She was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. She should us more than 16 houses and she was always happy to show them to me and my family of 6. She listened to everybody and took note of everyone's requirements. She also helped find mortgage professionals who were able to find me rates 30% lower than other offers I had. This was my first time I was buying a house and everything went smoothly. I am now a proud owner a house that doesn't dent my income and I have Edith Schreiber to thank for it. She even helped my parents put their house on rent when there was nothing in it for her. She is that good at customer service! Edit: Just purchased another house through the immense help of Edith. Loved every moment of it |

| We bought our first home in Plano with Ms Edith Schreiber of Coldwell Banker Apex. She was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable through the whole process. As it was our first time buying in the US we had to rely on her for everything. She took care of everything and was our only point of contact from buying till closing. She even recommended a mortgage broker which took care of the lending in weeks rather than months. She was available from 8am till 10pm everyday. After the closing she kept contact and helped with any other queries we had. She was so good we asked her help in selling our home and she delivered then too. |

| We Dealt with Edith Schreiber and she was absolutely AMAZING. she took a lot of time to show many properties to us (in the span of 6 months or so we easily looked at 50+ properties) We wanted to make sure that we found the correct home for us. We ended up building a home but even then, Edith was in charge of negotiating the deal with the builder and she was always available to help us, answer questions and take care of business for us. I would highly recommend Edith as she was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and to top it off a very nice person. |
