Certifications

Specilization is in relocation and prefers working as a buyer broker; as such, his years of experience work for the buyer rather than the seller of real estate.  Has also been very active in new home sales and works a great deal with first-time buyers.  Many of his prior buyers are remaining in the local area.  However, an equal number has employed him to resell their homes as they both "move up" or move out of the area on relocation jobs.  Military relocations are a specialty.
