Get to Know Eric Campbell
I always find it very strange to speak about myself in the third person. I am not the type of person that collects designations, or referral letters, just so I can tell people what I can do for you. I am however the type of person that will make sure you get what you asked for when you asked for it and usually before you expect it. I have worked for (and with) some of the most highly respected agents in central Texas. My background is in hotel and restaurant management, I worked as a "trouble shooter" going around the region helping management see what they had become blind to. It's alot like Gordon Ramsey's "Kitchen Nightmares". Running a restaurant is difficult work, long hours and limited ceiling for advancement. I realized, after 13 years of working 75+ hours a week, that I needed to go to work for myself. My mother (Janice Campbell)offered me a job as an REALTOR assistant. It was not an easy decision to go to work for my mother. I worked full time for two full time REALTORS, and I completed my schooling and licensing to become a REALTOR, for more than a year. After I had earned my keep as a listing agent, then a buyer agent, I continued to grow each year. My mother and I decided to go on our own and opened Top Realty Services, LLC. We offer one stop service -real estate, property management, mortgage (Texas Lone Star Lending, independent of TRS), Armadillo Insurance (home, auto, life), and CPA (Grey and Associates). We all hold a high standard of expectations from each other for our clients. I believe that I offer my clients depth of understanding the real estate process, from the legal to the emotional aspects. There are many variables to each and every property, I have experience with working with first time home buyers, experienced investors, first time investors, new home buyers, foreclosures, short sales, selling homes (I do have an award from TRS for most properties sold in 2007)tax protests, 1031 exchanges, property management, rent vs buy, I can go on and on. All of my clients know that I give 110% to them, looking out for their interests.
I am married 17 years (thank you very much) to my high school sweetheart. We have three children, Elle 16, Stephen 12 and Jackson 10. I have lived and worked in the Leander, Cedar Park, Northwest Austin since 1986, real estate since 1998.
