New home buyers never realize how much it costs to Heat and Cool their home plus the cost of electricity and gas is going up. I can usually show a new home buyer how to cut their home's energy cost in half and if they just took the savings and put in their IRA or 401k they could afford to pay for college education for one of their kids in about 12 - 18 years.

If every home buyer took my advice we could not only save whats left of our enviroment we could eliminate the need for War, Feed the impoverished peoples around the world and eliminate all the Coal Fire plants in America. We could also create millions of good paying construction jobs and bring Manufacturing jobs back to America.
