My experience includes a Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University and working with several mortgage companies. I have earned several awards and recognitions with different mortgage companies. I have also trained loan officers by providing them tools, ideas, and education to become successful in their new career. I have helped start a mortgage brokerage company from the ground up. I am taking my career to the next level. I am going to start my training to become a Certified Mortgage Planner (CMP). I am going to go through this intense training so I can better serve my clients. I have never been in the business to sell loans, but to provide good honest advise to all of my clients. Dealing with a mortgage transaction is a very sensitive issue so my duty is to make sure I find the right loan product and program that will meet their needs. This training to become a CMP coincides with my philosophy about helping people. I can assure you I am not your typical loan officer offering all their loan products. Loan products, technology, and a good support staff is good that will help peolpe through the transaction. Honestly, the most important process of the mortgage transaction is the planning, designing and structuring of the loan they select and integrate it into the overall short- and long term financial and investment plan to help minimize taxes, improve cash flow, and minimize interest expense. My clients will always be in a loan that they fully understand and can live with for the rest of their lives. I don't offer short term fixes that can lead to long term disaster. I am here to help people and make a difference in their financial endeavors. I am not here to sell loans.
My primary role as a Mortgage Planner is helping my clients integate the mortgage loan they select into their overall loan and short-term financial and investment goals and their payment and equity objectives. I provide advise and education on how to manage their equity of their home. I also educate clients on carrying a mortgage is not a debt, but a financial instrument for the creation of wealth.
