I am a team member with my wife, a Broker/Associate with a large multi-state firm.  I also am the manager for my family's single family rental portfolio.  My background is in sales and I practiced trial law for 15 years.  I have performed contract title searches in Texas and Connecticut.  As a property manager I am familiar with the various issues that Tenants, Toilets and Telephones present an investor.  I understand and perform much of the work that need be done on residential property.  As an attorney working for a real estate boutique I became very familiar with the law and with title law in particular.  Later, several years as a divorce/child support attorney helped me to understand and read people.  I am about to apply to take the Texas Real Estate License exam having recently completed the necessary course work so I may help my wife expand her business.
