Since I started working in real estate I have come to realize that many clients are being mistreated. I have also noticed a lack of professionalism here in Waco. Today I decided that I will be the Agent who will always be kind, honest and professional, because that is what our clients deserve. If you are an agent who is rude with other agents it really will affect your business, because other agents will not want to work with you and avoid showing your property until it's the last choice. I would like for every agent in the Waco area to start an excellence policy that includes professionalism and honesty.
I grew up actually living in a Brokerage in Colorado and my expertise ranges from 1st time home buyers all the way to Commercial property and 1031 exchanges.
I can also be helpful when it comes to military past or present who need to use their VA loan Guarentee to buy a home, because I spent 4 years in the Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller and have used a VA loan more than once for my family.
I will also do limited property management under the right circumstances, becuase it requires a lot of care
