My best advice to any buyer or seller that is looking for an agent, is to meet with at least 2 or 3 agents and find out houw long they have been in the business, and how much knowledge they have, and also very important is rapport with the agent.  You do not want an agent that does not listen to you, and you don't want an agent that has little or no experience.  In this market your agent must know how to be creative, do short sales, negotiate with the different banks and will put your needs in top postion, not their commissions.

I can furnish you with many buyers and sellers that have use me as their agent.  I have many buyers and sellers that I have been doing business with for 15 to 20 years.  Buyers and sellers do not reuse someone that does not do a good job for them.  I have at least 3 different short sale designations, and I am continuously taking classes and listening to webinars to stay informed.  I have been a mortgage broker as well as a real estate broker, so I can help you with every aspect of your purchase or sell.
