I have been in the business since 2003, and have had a real estate coach since the beginning, which has greatly enhanced my business. I have 8 additional listing strategies that the traditional listing agent is not using, which helps track clients and customers, and really gets the word out about your listing. Our company also has the ability to get your home into more than 30 different real estate sites, making it more marketable than ever before!
I also find working with buyers is challanging, rewarding, and always a learning experience, as each individual buyer comes from a different situation and has different goals. The variety of buyers allows me to love what I do, and whether I'm educating a new buyer or guiding an experienced buyer through another purchase, I'm always learning something new! Because of the cooperation of very skilled loan consultants, the buyer is told the truth about their ability to buy, which is especially important in this market, and the buyer is informed during the entire transaction.
What's your story?
I specialize in buyers and new & seasoned real estate investors, as I have also been a real estate investor since 2002. There are so many great investments out there, and I love to get people started with their first property! My husband, and business partner, has had experience in Commercial Real Estate since 1995.
My office is in Lisle, but I've done transactions as far away as Lincoln Park, Huntley, Shorewood and Evergreen Park. Being a "mobile agent" allows me to work in most all Chicagoland area, however, when I feel uncomfortable representing a buyer or seller in a certain area, I will refer them to an expert that can better serve them.
