Working in the North shore I have had a lot of experience in the higher end market. However starting real estate in the western suburbs you really learn from some tough deals. I think I am the best of both worlds with experience on both spectrums of the market. You treat your clients the same and the goal is the same. Your agent makes all the difference in the world. I have also trained Real Estate Agents, gave first time buyers seminars, agetn of the railroad, water research with the State of Illinois, REO agent for several banks.
