A lifelong resident of Detroit, I've worked fulltime in the real estate business since the mid 1980s.   My specialty is marketing bank owned foreclosed properties.  Investors make up the bulk of  my buyers of so called REOs (real estate owned).  In a "past life" I have been a military officer  in the United States Army and a Human Resources specialist for a major automotive manufacturer. On my wall are degrees from Wayne State University (Business Administration) and Michigan State University (Labor & Industrial Relations). An active member of the community, I'm  a volunteer working as a  mentor for young men at my church.   My wife and I have been together for 30+ years and have  two young  grandchildren (a girl and a boy) and an adult son who's also in real estate but in a much warmer climate than Michigan. (Try southern Florida!)
