Welcome to my page. I love real estate and have been in the real estate business since 1991 working as a licensed real estate agent, developer and investor. I have acquired, financed and developed several properties which includes residential, commercial and vacant land. I enjoy helping others understand the real estate business. One way I do that is as President of the Southern Utah Real Estate Investors Association, a non-profit, educational organization that helps other Southern Utah real estate investors network with other investors to make money and connections right here in Southern Utah.

She is the editor of Real Estate Weekly an online real estate news website and formerly a radio host on Foxnews 1450 Am/93.1 FM KZNU, a locally produced program that discusses Southern Utah Real Estate news, talk and opinion.

| Due to unfortunate financial hardships my husband and I were forced to look at selling our home of 3 years. Of course when we started looking into it, we owed much more than we could actually sell it for. They took over and managed all communication between our bank and the buyer’s agent.
