I am a NJ Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate, Licensed NJ Real Estate Instructor, NJ MCE Instructor, Certified Marketing Executive and Certified NARRPR Trainer with a background in .dos scripting, UX and web design.
Realizing the relevance of industry related technology platforms I directed my career toward agent training and internet based systems managing. Now utilizing this expertise within the real estate industry I provide marketing and product consulting within our network of associates to increase awareness, adoption, usage and implementation of available products for the purpose of marketing and selling residential real estate.
In the real estate industry, effective training and development is just as essential to success as drive and tenacity. Without commitment and motivation, a new agent is dead in the water. But even with that commitment, if they don’t have the tools and strategies they need to differentiate themselves, they are just as likely to fail. That’s what I love about my job – I have the opportunity every day to make a significant impact in the careers of our agents
