I bring my design and staging experience to every listing, which is a big plus for the Seller. Residences held in estates are a particular specialty, as some cosmetic renovations and staging are usually necessary -- and highly effective towards selling the property for more money and in a shorter period of time. I also sell multi-family investment properties, and multi-unit new construction for which I can stage the models.
