I moved to the Coachella Valley in 1978 and have watched the growth with amazement! I like to think that we still have some "small town" feel, that we aren't just a maze of streets and businesses where you never see someone you know in the grocery store.
I am married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. My husband and I own a pool maintenance business in addition to my Real Estate business. I have worked with a wide variety of clients in almost every city in the Valley, negotiating everything from a small condo to a church building. I enjoy helping people find their dream home or sell the home they are currently in.
The company I work for places a high priority on honesty and integrity, which reflects my own philosophy. Most of my business comes from referrals from past clients, many of whom have become my friends.

Certifications
I work in a variety of cities in the Coachella Valley, including La Quinta, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indio and Indian Wells. I am very familiar with the school districts here and feel comfortable discussing them with families who need direction in that area.
I have helped many first time buyers find their homes, as well as those who wanted to "move up" or transfer here from a different area. I would be happy to provide references from past clients.
When working with clients who are golfers or desire to live in one of the many gated country clubs in the Valley, I partner up with Kelly Winkles Trembley. Kelly and her husband are members of The Palms Country Club, and have played on every course in the Valley.
