Real estate runs in the family.  My grandfather Charlie Shawback started his real estate business in the 1950's in the San Francisco Bay Area.  My uncle George Shawback later  joined him and continued the tradition of Shawback realty.  Both of them established a reputation of integrity and trust with their clients, something that I can only hope has found its way to me in my everyday business.  I got my real estate license in Idaho in 1998 and later my California license in 2004, at which point I began working for Prudential California Reality.  It is a natural progression for me, to understand and work in the two states and amazing real estate markets that I know and love.  I have spent 19 years going back and forth between the Bay Area to Idaho and it has given me a unique perspective on each market.  This has proved to be very benefitial to many of my clients investing in both states.
