I am the Broker and sole owner of Century 21 Hughes-Riggs Realty, Inc. This is my 28th year in real estate. I have a GRI designation as a 1983 Graduate, Realtors Institue. I have served the last several years as a Trustee for the Gloucester County Bar Foundation, 8 years as a former member of the South Harrison Township's combined Planning/Zoning Boards and as a Honorary Trustee for the Education Alliance of South Harrison Township. I have testified in court on several occasions as an expert witness involving real estate matters.
We have Three (3) location in South Jersey to sevice all your real estate needs; Bridgeton (Cumberland County), Mullica Hill (Gloucester County) and our new office opened in February of 2011, Woolwich Township (designated as the fastest growing municipality in the State of New Jersey).
The Ambassador Award from Century 21 is given to a select few of offices who have proven a commitment to Quality Service. In order to qualify, an office must have a quality service rating of 95% or above for a consecutive period of 10 years. As a comparison, there were only 14 Century 21 offices worldwide who received this award when our office was recognized.
