GBA Appraisal Services was founded by Denise Grandberry-Banks in 1990. As supervising Appraiser, Denise is committed to providing quality appraisal services to all clients.
Denise has established relationships with banking institutions locally, as well as, nationally.
Missouri State Certified, Denise has been employed in the industry for more than 20 years, and is totally dedicated to servicing clients in a manner which exceeds their expectations, with regard to efficiency, speed and underwriting ease.
Possessing a vast array of experience in real estate appraising, ranging from mass appraisals for a civil service agency, to review appraisals for several prominant banking institutions, Denise's expertise has proven beneficial in a number of situations in, as well as, outside of the conventional banking arena.
Denise has been called upon as an expert witness, providing depositions and testimony in numerous cases, and was even called upon by the Grand Jury on a major case in the St Louis area.
CLERICAL STAFF:
GBA Appraisal Services, employs clerical assistants who work tirelessly to provide CMA Services, rapid turnaround of appraisal assignments, (generally within 48 hours), and help with answering questions & providing assistance when the appraisers are in the field.
