 I am a certified home inspector and a licensed contractor. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. I have worked all over the western states building homes, town houses, commercial buildings, restaurants, schools, churches and even at one time, a floating casino in Louisiana. My primary expertise is in interior finish carpentry becoming a journeyman carpenter at age 20. Although I never graduated, I spent some years at a local junior college studying industrial technology. Construction, building and repair is what I know.
