Thank you for visiting me. I am a talented, well-informed, and caring Real Estate agent. I am licensed in three (3) jurisdictions, Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia. I currently reside in VA, however, I have had the pleasure in living in all jurisdictions, thus giving me a well rounded knowledge of our great metropolitan area. To improve my services to my wonderful client base, I am currently pursuing my designations for CRS and ABR. I plan to pursue other designations with in this current year. I think its important to remain dynamic in the real estate industry. I have had the benefit of building my business through referrals of happy and delighted friends and family. It is extremely rewarding to assist a person in obtaining a part of the american dream-Purchasing a HOME. It is the primary reason for entering this industry, once an accountant. I was overwhelmed with the home buying process in my own experience, I wanted to provide those I touched with a very stress-free, joyous and exciting experience in owning their dwelling. I am motiviated every morning to contact people I know about their improvements in their homes and happily field the market trend questions. The real estate industry is one of those industries where each person in our economy is effected by how we do our jobs. Every person needs shelter, every person pursues this need through renting, owning, investing, building, improving, or manufacturing. It is absolutely empowering to be apart of this industry. I am proud to be a real estate agent, a realtor, a trusted advisor, a friend through the purchasing experience, through the renting experience and through the selling experience.

My experience has been quite broad. I have the great opportunity to not only perform residential transactions but also commercial, condo conversion, as well as new construction. I enjoy helping the first time buyers, though it is more work, it is more rewarding to me. I specialize in VA as well the District. I study the trends in this area so I am able to educate my buyers and sellers on market movements and lack thereof. I also maintain an active knowledge of current new constructions as well projects to be built in advance. I also make it my business to know about the lending industry. This industry seems to be just as dynamic as the Real Estate one. The lending institutes are a valuable piece of the equation. Its important to know who can help a purchaser make their dream come true and what options they have through the lending institution they choose. Now, returning to purchasers, Through my advanced understanding of our contracts, I make sure my buyers are protected in each contract written. It is key to know how to maximize the power of the buyer/purchaser in any market. I give personable attention to each of my clients. I have great pride in making them feel as though they are the only clients I am servicing at that time, although managing to juggle a few demanding clients at any given time. I am a people person and enjoy interacting with the many personalities.
