I am originally from Hoffman Estates, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago, IL. I moved to Michigan in 1991 to attend Western Michigan University where I earned a BS from the College of Engineering. I hace lived and worked across West Michigan working as a manufacturing/project engineer for the automotive and furniture industries.
In 2001, I began rehabbing homes and became a rental property owner forming several LLC's with and without partners. I am a member of the Kent County Rental Property Owners Association.
I have lived in Kalamazoo, Holland, Battle Creek, Grand Rapids and now in Muskegon. I am very familiar with West Michigan, which has helped me sell and list properties throughout the region. I now live with my loving wife, Kelly and daughter, in the Muskegon area.
As Michigan’s manufacturing base changed, I took the opportunity to earn his Michigan State Real Estate License, and I am now a Realtor ® with Greenridge Realty in Muskegon. As a Realtor ®, I have continued my real estate education with the following classes Residential Relocation, Landlord-Tenant Law, EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting, Rehab and Flipping for Profit, and earned a e-Pro Certification from the National Association of Realtors. I am currently working on a MBA with GVSU and a ABR cert with REBAC.
I enjoy working with investors and first time home buyers.
