I chose a Real Estate career due to the satisfaction I receive by helping people find a home that fits their needs and fulfills their dreams.  I am an experienced negotiator with an accommodating attitude that provides knowledgeable and efficient service you can rely on.  I've had my Real Estate license since 2004.  In that time, I've earned my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation by completing over 90 class room hours of Real Estate instruction, my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and am honored to have been selected to serve on the Prince William Association of Realtors Grievance Committee for the third consecutive year.  I am dedicated to client satisfaction and offer excellent service through constant communication and attention to detail. 

Prior to obtaining my license, I stayed home for a couple of years at which time I bought and sold a few properties of my own.  I enjoyed it so much that it prompted me to study for my license.  The twelve year pre-ceding that time, I worked for both Allstate and USAA Insurance companies investigating and settling auto injury liability claims.  I acquired extensive knowledge in liability investigations, contract law and negotiations, which has assisted me tremendously in my Real Estate career.
