In 2007, Julie was given the Baird & Warner Chairman's Award for closing over $7.5 Million dollars of real estate.

Part of Julie's short market time is a product of her being a full-time Realtor with an ASP Designation.  Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP) stage your home so it looks like a model.  Statistics show that staged homes sell faster and the sales price is sometimes increased by as much as 7%. The way you live in your home and SELL your home are 2 very different things and that is why home staging is so important.

Julie is a Buffalo Grove resident with vast experience and knowledge the north and northwest suburbs which makes her invaluable when buying or selling a home. Julie is the mother of 2 boys and is very active within the community which gives her the contacts to know about many "soon to be available" homes before they go on the market! Julie also has a vast network of local agents as her friends and they all help eachother!

Julie has developed a full service team consisting of lawyers, home inspectors, plumbers, electricians, painters, flooring companies,etc., whom she works with the ensure her clients are not only take care of BEFORE they close but also AFTER! The favorite part of her job is the smile and excitement on the face of her clients when the transaction is all done! That makes it all worth while!

Julie has earned her degree as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). As a CDPE, she can save 9 out of 10 people from going into foreclosure! Foreclosure is not the answer, it haunts a person forever. There are ways around it and she will show you those ways! She has dealt with many short sales and knows how to get them closed as quick as you can buy doing most of the work up front!
