SELLERS: We are a 4% FULL SERVICE BROKERAGE. We do all the work a traditional Broker does, such as advertising, staging a house, holding open houses, uploading all info on the MLS site as well as National websites and much more, in turn allowing consumers to save a significant amount of money compared to what they would have spent on the traditional 6% broker fee. We have a 98% close rate and have been in business for 29 years.

We provide up to date comparable sales to assist you in determining the best price for your home. After a buyer is located we will make sure they are financially qualified to purchase it.
Buyers:We will assess your financial qualifications and prepare a “Loan Pre-Approval” letter, must more effective than a “Pre-Qual” letter. We assist in finding a home as well as obtaining the appraisal, insurance, title insurance, escrow services, pest & building inspections, bids for contracting work and all applicable contracts and addendum’s.
