Hi, I’m Doug Reynolds
I’m a Sacramento Area Realtor that enjoys helping sellers, buyers and investors with their Real Estate needs. That means something different each and every day. Showing property, negotiating great deals, marketing my listings to stand out from the pack, coordinating the entire escrow process, attending inspections, writing contracts, meeting appraisers, cleaning the toilet of a vacant property before an open house, advising sellers on the best ways to maximize profit… I’m there through the entire process and I enjoy it all. Start to finish.
I grew up in Ventura, Ca and moved to Sacramento in 2002. Graduated from Sac State in 2006 with my degree in Real Estate and Land Use and immediately started as a Full Time Realtor. I live and specialize in the great neighborhood of College-Glen where I have become the top agent in the area. I married my beautiful wife in 2008 and we have two adorable daughters and a black lab. Sports is a huge passion of mine when I have free time, including soccer, baseball, Stand-Up Paddleboarding, running, cycling, hockey, snowboarding, surfing… Pretty much if it has a ball or a board, I enjoy it.
I also enjoy analyzing the Sacramento Real Estate Market stats and posting videos about the real estate market. | So, I know, really? All categories 5 stars... WELL WORTH IT! Doug has helped my wife and I with three homes. Obviously I wouldn't stick with him if he didn't know his stuff. The most impressive thing was his knowledge and networking. We fad some flood insurance concerns that our insurance company couldn't answer and he knew exactly who to get us in touch with. He makes the whole experience EASY! If you don't have a guy, make Doug your guy! If you do have a guy, make Doug your guy! He will take care of your selling and buying needs... |

| Working with Doug was awesome! As a first time buyer, I knew nothing about the process, and Doug walked me through it every step of the way. I work full time, and he was willing to accommodate me, taking me to see houses after-hours and on weekends, even visiting a few houses more than once so that my husband could see them, too. He was super knowledgeable about the area, and listened carefully to what I liked and didn't like about each house we visited. He ended up finding me the perfect home! He also had great recommendations for a loan officer and home inspector, which made the process smooth from start to finish. I am so grateful to have worked with Doug to buy my first home! |

When I considered buying the house I was renting, Doug helped me process the idea in a thoroughly objective manner, such that I could see it was in fact a good investment for me. He then organized all the many tasks that needed doing, negotiated on my behalf with the sellers, suggested good contractors, reminded me when things needed doing, explained every step, and generally made the process of buying a house much simpler than it should have been. | I really enjoyed working with Doug and I highly recommend him to anyone buying a house in the Sacramento region. My wife and I were buying our first house and despite watching many real estate shows and doing a ton of reading online there was just so much I didn’t know or think of. When we walked into the process we were looking at the location, layout, space ect but didn’t think to check out some of the other things like neighbors, street traffic, type of material in the flooring ect. Doug helped us with all of that and saved us from some serious mistakes we may have made and been stuck with for years. | Doug was very professional and knowledgeable about the house buying process. He knew I was new to the housing market and was very patient with me in answering all of my questions. He has a good understanding about the local market and was very direct and honest with me to manage my expectations and being open to different opportunities. He even gave me tips about how I can maintain and possibly upgrade my home after I finally closed. I would recommend him to anyone who is new to the process. There had to be some negotiation by Doug with the seller and he did a great job negotiating for me.
